January 21, 2009 2010 MEMBERSHIP - HRBC
Membership of the new Harness Racing BC,(HRBC), amalganmated society will be $40 per member and membership forms will be available from the office from February 1, 2010. ALL OWNERS OR TRAINER/DRIVERS WISHING TO START A HORSE IN A RACE IN BC SHOULD BE MEMBERS OF HARNESS RACING BC. The date of the first AGM for HRBC will be advised as soon as the interim Board has the opportunity to plan. That AGM will involve the election of the Inauguaral Board of Directors consisting of 4 Breeders, 4 Owners and 4 Trainer/Drivers. PLEASE NOTE: Only paid-up Memebers will be eligible to vote or to qualify for other member benefits including: The Benevolent Fund, The Scholarship Assistance program, etc.
